Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with the wrong items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zahfroma.com.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, it is mandatory to share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Also include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
Without an unboxing video, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.
3. Refunds or Replacements
Once your claim is verified:we will issue full refund or free replacement, as per your preference and stock availability.
Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect product quality.
- Requests made 48-hours after the delivery.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
