Paneer Masala Recipe

Paneer Masala using Zahfroma Garam Masala:

→ 200g paneer (cubed)
→ 1 onion (finely chopped)
→ 2 tomatoes (pureed)
→ 1½ tsp Zahfroma Garam Masala
→ ½ tsp turmeric powder
→ 1 tsp red chilli powder
→ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
→ 2 tbsp oil or ghee
→ Salt to taste
→ 2 tbsp fresh cream or ¼ cup milk (optional, for richness)
→ Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
→ Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions till golden.
→ Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell disappears.
→ Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chilli powder, and cook till oil separates.
→ Add Zahfroma Garam Masala and sauté for 1 minute.
→ Add paneer cubes and gently mix to coat with masala.
→ Add salt and little water for gravy. Simmer for 5 minutes.
→ (Optional) Add cream or milk for a creamy texture and mix well.
→ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
