Mixed Veg. Sabzi Recipe

Mixed Veg. Sabji using Zahfroma Sabji Masala:

→ 1½ cups mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potato, capsicum – chopped)
→ 1 onion (finely chopped)
→ 1 tomato (finely chopped)
→ 1½ tbsp Zahfroma Sabji Masala
→ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
→ 2 tbsp oil
→ Salt to taste
→ Water as needed
→ Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
→ Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions till translucent.
→ Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till fragrant.
→ Add tomatoes and cook till soft and oil starts to separate.
→ Add Zahfroma Sabji Masala and sauté for 1 minute.
→ Add mixed vegetables and salt. Mix well.
→ Add a splash of water and cover. Cook on medium flame until vegetables are tender.
→ Stir occasionally and adjust water for desired consistency (dry or semi-gravy).
→ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, puri, or rice.
